Our booking process is simple, transparent, and designed to give you peace of mind from the very beginning.
We start by checking our availability for your wedding date. Once confirmed, you’ll choose a package that fits your needs, and we’ll set up an initial consultation to discuss your wedding plans. This is where we talk about your preferences, how we work, and answer any questions you may have.
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we’ll recommend the package that best fits for you. If you decide to book our services, we’ll send a proposal that includes an invoice, contract, and collect a 25% deposit to secure your date. (Sales tax and travel fees aren’t included in the package prices listed on our website.) The remaining balance is divided monthly till the wedding, or we can set up a flexible payment plan.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours. A few weeks later, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gather all the key details about your day. Your artist will be assigned around 4-6 months before the wedding (depending on the wedding), and your assigned artist will reach out to schedule an intro call or meeting.
We’ll stay in touch throughout the planning process, and we’ll have a final meeting one month before the wedding to ensure we’re fully prepared and ready to capture all the important moments of your wedding day.
After your wedding, we begin the editing process. Your final wedding photos and videos will be delivered digitally within 4-5 weeks. You’ll also receive one complimentary revision request for your wedding video, in case of any edits are needed.
Overall, our process is as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on celebrating while we take care of capturing every moment.
Our standard deposit is 25% of your total package price. The remaining balance can be paid in monthly installments or split into three larger payments. We’re flexible and happy to create a payment plan that fits your needs and budget.
Yes, we offer a 14-day deposit refund policy. If you change your mind for any reason, you can request a full refund of your deposit within 14 days of making the payment. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Your team will typically be assigned 4–5 months before your wedding, once we’ve gathered all the key details, style, and preferences. After assigning your team, we’ll schedule a phone or video call so you can connect with them.
While we don’t offer a pick and choose, every team member is experienced and professionally trained in our style. If, for any reason, you don’t feel satisfied with your assigned photographer or videographer, we’re happy to reassign someone who better aligns with your vision.
You’ll receive a sneak peek of your wedding photos within 1 week after the wedding day. The full photo gallery and your wedding video will be delivered within 4–5 weeks.
We don’t set a strict limit because every wedding is unique. As a general guide, you can expect around 100 professionally edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage.
Never. All of your edited photos come in high resolution with full printing rights, absolutely no watermarks.
No, drone coverage is not included; it’s available as an add-on and can be included in your package upon request.
Capturing audio is essential for creating great cinematic videos. We use professional wireless microphones to record the crystal-clear sound during the ceremony, vows, and toasts.
Absolutely! This is your wedding video. We understand that music can be a very important part of your wedding day and can greatly enhance the emotional impact of your wedding video. We have subscriptions to music sites to ensure that the music that you may select to use in your video is licensed and legal for use.
Yes, we do! We are happy to provide proof to your venue upon request. Just let us know, and we’ll send it over before your wedding day.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your wedding, we’re happy to accommodate. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust without any charges. If you decide to cancel your booking, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. However, if the cancellation occurs more than 90 days before your event date, you may receive a refund of up to 70% of the remaining balance.
